Keep pushing your butt back as your going down

Go down as LOW as you possibly can. Then come all the way up.

That is one full body squat

Challenge yourself to do a high amount of reps non-stops. Just using your own body weight. Just as effective as if you were using weights.

You can start with 50 reps non stop first day

2nd day 75 reps non- stop

3rd day 100 reps non stop (If you must break make it very quick)( The shorter break the more extremely effective)

4th day 100 reps non- stop

5th day 100 or more reps non-stop

6th day 100 or more reps non-stop

7 th day 100 or more reps non-stop AND SO ON....
